On Sunday, the 21st of June, a reception cocktail will be served to all participants and accompanying persons. Departure from the hotel at 18:30. The conference dinner shall be on the 23rd of June, for all the participants and registered accompanying persons, in a very nice atmosphere at a nearby farm. Departure from the hotel at 18:30. |

On the 24th of June, a half day journey will take you to a guided visit of Mafra’s 18th century palace, to the Tapada, a wide area where the kings used to go hunting, and where a little train takes you around to watch wild animals and beautiful vegetation (more info). The journey ends with a dinner within the Tapada, The price is around 70 euro per person. Departure from the hotel at 15:00. |
